NEW YORK — Dogs and cat owners will not have access to hot spots where dogs and cats can breed and socialize at will in hot spot parks.
Dogs must be leashed at all times, cats are not allowed.
In hot spot areas, the following restrictions apply: Dogs can only be on the property during the daytime; cats are allowed during the day.
There is a 15-foot (4.5 meters) no-touch zone between dogs and residents and pets.
Residents must wear a muzzle or ear muffs for dogs.
The dogs and cat areas are not permitted for people to play with pets.
